How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

We offer a variety of different shipping options, these are:

  • Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class (2-3 Business Days) £3.35

  • Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (1-3 Business Days) £3.80

  • Next Day Delivery (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday BEFORE 3PM Royal Mail Tracked 24) £3.50

  • Next Day Delivery Signed For (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday BEFORE 3PM Royal Mail Tracked 24) £5.20

  • Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1PM (Order before 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) £7.35

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do! All international packages are sent tracked and usually take up to 5-10 working days to arrive.

Product Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days. We cannot offer refunds/exchanges after the product has been worn or removed from its original packaging. Items must be returned to us in their original state.

To start a return, you can contact us at striplashed@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive your order damaged you must notify CSStriplashed@hotmail.com within 7 days, anything after this will not be refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items can’t be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Incorrect Address

If the address you entered as your shipping address is incorrect please let us know as soon as possible so that we can update it before your order is dispatched. We cannot change an address once the order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure these details are correct. We will not be responsible to refund the cost of your order until the order is returned back to us by the delivery company.


Striplashed do not pay postage on returns unless the item is wrong or faulty.
