Royal Mail delivery - information Royal Mail will always try and deliver your parcel as fast a possible but occasionally they may experience delays due to external factors which we are not responsible for. Orders with Royal Mail are subject to processing times which can be up to 4 working days. Tracking numbers will be issued once the order has been processed and collected by Royal Mail. All deliveries will be measured in business days INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - IMPORT DUTIES Any international orders placed outside of the UK could face customs tax once cleared through customs in your country. Striplashed are NOT responsible for any incurred costs before the release of the parcel as we do not place the tax on the item and cannot control which parcels customs will do this too. It is the customers responsibility to pay them. The charges must be paid in order to receive your goods. Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order getting returned to us and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. |
